STOP!!! Don’t rent here or from Tedd. Always an issue, won’t look at rental agreement, cancelled my scheduled rental prematurely due to not confirming? I have confirmation agreements from U-Haul. He deleted the worst real reviews. Rent from Star Spangled Sales in Mokena. Always great customer service and they’re honest. If you rent it- they have it for you. NOT TEDDS. Read the reviews on Yelp, FB, Google. Sort from lowest to highest. Scammer. Don’t even call from their business number. You don’t know who’s calling- which he lied about too. Said he left 3 voicemails (in 24-hours). I had one which was cut off and didn’t include anything he told me in office.

I am in the process of a divorce and my husband put a tracker on my car. Ted was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to talk to and find the tracker. He is down to earth and tells it like it is which there is nothing wrong with him explaining the situation. Also in the past I brought my daughter’s car there for an issue she had with her radio and had a great service again from Ted. I read some reviews and I believe that all the reviews are completely misleading.

Worst customer service. Ted is terrible. Do not go here. We confirmed the night before that we were renting a U-Haul and picking it up at 8:30am. We arrive at 8:30am and Ted says we have to wait until 9:00am because that’s when they officially open. So even though he’s there he makes us wait for 30 minute in the parking lot. Then we get the van and even though it’s supposed have a half a tank of gas it’s on 1/4 so my husband has to spend $60 on gas. We drop it off hours later and follow the process, my husband parks the van on the side of the business where the rest of the trucks are. Ted calls my husband the next day to, and I wish I was joking, YELL at him for parking it too far away. My husband asks what he needs to do to fix it, and Ted says “nothing” then hangs up. We are never using this place again.
